I was thinking... We haven't been to Nakano Broadway yet.
According to the official site, Nakano Broadway is the "Holy place for Otaku in Tokyo". How is it that we haven't been there yet?! As a bonus it's pretty close to the Suginami Animation Museum, so I'm stealing the itinerary from the official Nakano Broadway Tourism site.
I know there was some booing about the last meetup being on a Sunday, but the Animation Museum's been closed since the earthquake and doesn't reopen until May 1st. So Sunday May 1st it is! (sorry guys).
Here's my fabulous proposed schedule:
・Meet at Ogikubo Station around 10AM
・Go to Suginami Animation Museum as a group
・After the museum, get some lunch.
・take a bus to Nakano station, get there about 12:45 - 1 (find any stragglers)
・Go shopping plaza and shop for about 2 hours.
・Meet at a cafe at an appointed time, eat and compare goods (around 3 ish?)
take train home!
Note: people who want to skip the museum and just come for the Nakano Broadway part are welcome, meet at Nakano station at 1pm!
RSVPs must reply below so I can keep an eye on you sneaky li'l buggers. ;D
